Returns Policy

Although Hiolo.com has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent or simply you change your mind about a product. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.

Hiolo.com guarantees full credit for defective or damaged products only or if available, replacement for all defective or damaged items.

You may return a defective or damaged product up to 10 days after you receive it. NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS.

Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Hiolo.com to be returned to Hiolo.com shall be at the customer's expense unless your return is for defective or damaged products or wrong merchandise delivered.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 10 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. "*Closeout*" products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. "Sales of Food Products are FINAL and strictly not returnable".

To Request a RMA#, please fill out the RMA# Request Form, alternatively e-mail us at sales@hiolo.com with your Order ID and stating the reason for return. The liability of Hiolo.com for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to a full refund of the purchase price or at our own discretion, repair or replacement of the product(s).

Hiolo.com shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products within the 14 days period, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the return of the merchandise at your own expense. Order Freight charges are not refundable. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
