All Hiolo items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Hiolo accepts from United States of America (excluding USA territories), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout Payment Gateways. Hiolo reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation. Prices subject to change. Persons or Companies engaged in the business of service, repair, or retail are eligible for reseller certification. As such you may be entitled to notification of special offerings and a tax exempt status. You may be required to transmit a copy of your State's sales or use tax permit and a signed statement attesting to the nature of your business to Hiolo, . It is the policy of the company to charge applicable sales tax if retailers do not supply the appropriate reseller tax identification certificate as required. The company is not responsible for additional tariffs, duties or any form of taxation that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States, unless or until governmental policy is established requiring Internet sales to collect applicable sales tax on a state by state basis. The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Hiolo reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Hiolo reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on the site www.hiolo.com. Hiolo will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither Hiolo nor any of its directors, officers, employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence. Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify Hiolo's acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of Hiolo, 's offer to sell products to you. Hiolo reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please contact us at sales@hiolo.com.Order Adjustment and Cancellation Hiolo cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at sales@hiolo.com. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Hiolo reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full. Hiolo can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL. In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email sales@hiolo.com. Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be cancelled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable. It is conceivable products will be shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order. Shipping charges are approximately 15% of your order subtotal for orders of $100 or more to the 48 contiguous United States, with surcharges possible on oversize packaging, overly heavy contents, or products requiring special shipping procedures (such as hazardous or flammable materials). For orders of under $100, shipping starts at $6.99 up to $19.95 to the contiguous 48 United States.Delivery Times and Requirements Upon receipt of an order Hiolo processes the order within 48 hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 10 business days from the day of shipping. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Hiolo in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days. Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. The Hiolo traffic department will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you. Customers shall be advised as to backordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available. Backordered and Discontinued Products You will be notified immediately of any product that may be backordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order. For assistance, e-mail sales@hiolo.com.Although Hiolo has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent or simply you change your mind about a product. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced. Hiolo guarantees full credit for defective or damaged products only or if available, replacement for all defective or damaged items. You may return a defective or damaged product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Hiolo to be returned to Hiolo shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. "Closeout Corner" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. "Sales of Food Products are FINAL and strictly not returnable". Please e-mail sales@hiolo.com with your Order ID or fill in our WebNotes (24/7) form to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The liability of Hiolo for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Hiolo shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products within the 14 days period, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and return the merchandise at your own expense. Order Freight charges are not refundable. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments. The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information. Deposits for pre-order merchandise is non refundable, Hiolo is making financial commitments to secure these goods for our customers. In the event of damaged goods, incorrect shipments occur arrangements and credits will be issued ad appropriate.
