Although Hiolo has the highest ranking of consumer satisfaction (and we work very, very hard to earn that), everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent or simply you change your mind about a product. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.

Hiolo guarantees full credit for defective or damaged products only or if available, replacement for all defective or damaged items. You may return a defective or damaged product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Hiolo to be returned to Hiolo shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced. "Closeout Corner" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. "Sales of Food Products are FINAL and strictly not returnable". Please e-mail sales@hiolo.com with your Order ID or fill in our WebNotes (24/7) form to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The liability of Hiolo for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s).

Hiolo shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products within the 14 days period, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and return the merchandise at your own expense. Order Freight charges are not refundable. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
